BioBeauty Labs Terms and Conditions BioBeauty Labs is not responsible for any misuse of its product. In purchasing a BioBeauty product, buyer takes full responsibilities for over use or improper use of any of our products. BioBeauty is not responsible for under age minor making purchases from our product line, as we are not able to verify age if all information is correct in billing Transaction. BioBeauty has a non returnable and no refundable service Policy. Bio beauty is not responsible for any irreversible skin lightening do to over use of product. BioBeauty is not responsible for those that may have a non reactive response to any of our product, as all bodies react differently to our and all skin lightening products. All skin lightening claims where based on the reaction from 99.9% of all studies performed in the last 20 years. Refund Policy All sales are final since we customize each order according to your exact specifications. No refunds are given once BioBeauty Lab begins working on your order, which means BioBeauty Labs has received your necessary materials (i.e., digital files and payment) and started work on your Product (i.e., your product is in production at the Lab. You must notify us within 24 hours from delivery about any defects. In order to receive a replacement, you must return 100% of the defective order. If you would like to cancel any or part of this order you must do so by phone or e-mail within 1 hours of when you initially place the order. Each order made from BioBeauty Labs is a contract between you, as the customer making the order, and BioBeauty Labs Making an order on behalf of a third party does not absolve you of liability to BioBeauty Labs. As such, any decision by the third party not to accept the particular items produced or cancels the order the third party made with you does not affect your liability to BioBeauty Labs. Processing Time Our standard processing time is 3 to 14 business days at this time. Processing time starts when the order is placed with a daily cut off time of 10:00am EST. If an order is placed after our cut off time, the first processing day will be the following business day. The following list of actions will extend the processing time by the noted amount, orders placed over the phone adds 1 business day, orders placed as a "pre-approved customer" adds 1 business day, . *BioBeauty Labs is not responsible for delays due to holds on international shipped Bio material for product mixtures that may be held up in the US customs department and therefore cannot guarantee with in out normal business days processing. Please note that Biobeauty Labs are closed Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays except for the 900 telephone consult specialist. As a result, these days are not considered when calculating order processing turnaround time. In addition, please note Processing Time does not include shipping transit times, and you should allow additional business days for delivery based on the shipping method you selected. Processing time for custom BioBeauty Labs jobs with a 5 to 14 day turn-around is approximate. Processing time for jobs with a 1 business day turn-around like capsules or regular in stock items and not items that are processed and mixed is guaranteed. The remedy for failing to meet a deadline is limited to a refund of any expedite charges or a credit expedite on your next order. BioBeauty Labs will not be responsible for shipping-related costs on orders that do not go out by the due date. Shipping We do not ship with customer shipping accounts. We only ship with shipment companies listed when you place your orders. When choosing a shipping option, please remember that the estimated shipping transit time is based on the number of business days in transit and does not include weekends, holidays or the day the package is picked up by post. |
